About me
Hello! I’m Anna, a mother of one, soon to be two, beautiful babies and the founder of Little Dreamer Sleep Consultant. I am a certified sleep consultant and I help children between 5 months to 4 years old get that much required sleep.
Having personally experienced the challenges of sleep deprivation. From multiple night wakes, early starts, sleep associations and navigating Cows milk protein allergy. I’m hear and dedicated to assist you to reach your sleep goals.
My compassionate and effective sleep training techniques will offer you a straightforward approach to regain restful sleep. This journey will ultimately guide you and your family back to the rejuvenating sleep you all deserve.
We work collaboratively to achieve the results you're seeking.
I do not support Ferber or cry-it-out methods.
I create customised plans using gentle, staged sleep training methods.
I will only work with a limited number of families at a time to ensure the best possible support.

An Infant sleep consultant identifies current sleep issues, creates a plan to resolve these problems and supports you through implementing those changes. A good sleep consultant can take a family from sleep-deprived, to rested in a matter of weeks

I use a range of gentle self-settling methods to improve the sleep of your little one. I do not believe in or use cry-it-out techniques or the Ferber method.

I do not use any methods where you leave your child to cry on their own to sleep.
Implementing any change with babies and toddlers will never be free from tears. My gentle self-settling methods are designed to keep your little one comforted throughout their sleep training journey.

Your little ones existing sleep issues and the sleep objectives you establish will determine this.
After 5-7 nights, you should typically see benefits, and after 2 weeks, you should consistently have better sleep.

Once booking has been confirmed, I will send you a sleep log to complete over 3-5 days. Followed by a consultation. You will then be able to start.
